The 4th edition of the Nordic Craft Chocolate Festival will be held in Bergen Together with Bergen Matfestival
at Flestplassen, Bergen
Discover an amazing collection of the best 'bean-to-bar' chocolates, from leading chocolate makers from the Nordic region and from some of the very best European craft chocolate makers.
About Bergen Matfestival
Bergen Matfestival 2026 takes place from September 3 to September 5, 2026, in the heart of Bergen. It is a major annual celebration of local West Norwegian food and cider, featuring over 100 local food producers, a free local food market, specialized restaurant menus, workshops, and tastings You’ll meet cider makers, cheese producers, and this years special: all of us, chocolate makers, all in one place. The weekend includes tastings, workshops an dother actvities. This event celebrates local food culture and conscious consumption, and shines a spotlight on knowing the people behind what we eat. Together, we’re bringing the Nordic chocolate scene into this inspiring setting.

We love chocolate festivals – they are amazing and fun! But festivals also help the craft chocolate business to share their enjoyment directly with costumers creating a beautiful synergy between makers and chocolate lovers.
