Fjåk Chocolate is a Norwegian bean-to-bar chocolate maker crafting exceptional chocolate from carefully selected cacao beans. Founded in Eidfjord, Fjåk has been making chocolate in Norway for more than 15 years, with a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship, sustainability and responsible sourcing.

From cacao bean to finished chocolate bar, the entire process is carefully controlled in our own production. We work directly with cacao producers and partners around the world to create chocolate that highlights the natural flavours and character of each origin.

Today, Fjåk is based in Bergen, where our new chocolate factory brings together production, creativity and experiences. We are passionate about making great chocolate while creating a more sustainable and transparent chocolate industry.
